"I just wanted to say thank you for yesterday. Your team arrived early and were delightful to work with as always. They always communicate what will take place and what is needed on our part to ensure that the process flows smoothly, which it did.
However, the teachers that assist with prepping the students wanted me to inform you about the young lady that took the pictures for the females. They said that she was phenomenal. She not only fixed their hair and adjusted their attire but after she took their picture, she showed it to them, which is rare. A lot of photographers don't have the time or patience to do this. Our kids have been isolated for so long. They are not getting a senior trip or a prom, due to the pandemic. Taking senior pictures was actually the first time in several months that our kids stepped foot back into the building so to see each other again and interact with their peers like this one last time, was really a huge moment for them. Your team made them feel very special. The females felt like queens and the males like kings. We just want to say thank you and please thank your team. This really meant a lot to our kids, more than you can ever imagine. Respect and kindness really go a long way."
